Alloy
Wheel

An alloy wheel is a non-steel wheel cast, usually in one piece,
from a non-corrosive alloy of aluminum or magnesium. Alloy
wheels come as standard on some models; on others they are
optional at purchase or may be added later to enhance a vehicle’s
appearance. Aluminum and chrome are generally used in alloy
wheels today. The term “Mag wheels” originally referred to
wheels made from an iron-magnesium alloy.
