CBS
(Combined Braking System)
A
CBS, or Combined Braking System, is the name of a braking
technology used by Honda on some of their motorbikes. The
CBS links the front and rear brakes via hydraulic hoses and
valves. The CBS helps to distribute the braking force between
the front and rear wheels to improve stability and controllability.
In some Honda motorcycles the CBS has been combined with ABS.
