Coilover
Kit
A coilover kit is a name given to aftermarket coilover shock
absorbers. Coilover kits usually consist of a stiffer coil
spring than standard suspension unit, this is wrapped around
the damper - hence the name 'coilover'. Coilover kits are
often adjustable for ride height and damping.
