GTO
GTO
is an acronym of Gran Turismo Omologato, which is Italian
for Grand Touring Approved. The name was originally applied
to the famed 1962 Ferrari
250 GTO, and later used by Pontiac for the vehicle that
became the prototypical American muscle car.
