Climbing the 29,035 ft required to reach the summit of Everest
is a feat few will achieve. Starting at base camp and generally
stopping at four more bases thereafter, it requires a high level
of skill, knowledge and experience to achive success. Not to
mention favorable weather conditions and a bit of luck.
