The AJ 20 kit from Arden for the Jaguar XK features both performance
and cosmetic enhancements. The displacement of the 4.2 litre
engine is increased to 4.5 litres, both cooling and lubrication
are improved, a sports intake and exhaust system are fitted
and the engine management sytem is recalibrated. For the naturally
aspirated Jaguar engine, Arden's improvements provide a power
increase from 298 hp to 392 horsepower. For the Supercharged
Jaguar XKR, the power hike takes it up to 480 horsepower.
The Arden AJ 20 kit for the Jaguar XK also includes visual
and aerodynamic improvements including, a new front spoiler
(with a similar style to that of the Aston Martin DBS), new
deeper sideskirts with integrated rear vents, a more aggressive
rear bumper, and enormous 21" wheels.
