The Audi AS5 from Abt is powered by a 3.0 litre turbocharged
diesel engine. This unit develops 300 horsepower thanks to Abt's
tuning program, previously it made 240 hp. Exactly 5.3 seconds
is needed to take the car from stand still to 62 mph (100 km/h),
the top speed is 164 mph (264 km/h).
The suspension and brakes of the Abt AS5 have also been upgraded
with performance Abt parts.
The body modifications include a new front skirt and grille,
fender inserts just behind the front wheels, and a rear skirt
with integrated air diffuser.
