The Mentley Insanne is actuallly a much modified 1983 Bentley Mulsanne. Built from a crash damaged chassis, and using various parts from Volvo, Ford, Audi, Mazda, and Mercedes, Andy Saunders of Poole, Dorset, UK built the Mentley Insanne in 2003. The Mentley Insanne has been shown at sevaral auto shows, and even mistaken for a Bentley prototype.

The Mentley Insanne features new front and rear bumpers, a fabricated and 3 inch lower roof, 20" wheels and the front and rear lights, as well as the side louvres, come from a Range Rover.
