The Vorsteiner V-RT (Vorsteiner Race Technologies) styling package for the Porsche 997 model features aerodynamic upgrades as well as a new set of three-piece, seven spoke, forged alloy wheels designed to compliment the overall appearance.

The body work changes consist of three main components. Up front is a new fascia that features larger carbon fiber air intakes for the radiators and deleted fog lights - like the 997 GT2. A removable carbon fiber front lower spoiler adds additional down force to the front end while protecting the front bumper from any steep inclines or road hazards. One of the most important factors in the design of Vorsteiners front end components was the reduction of weight. This was achieved by not only eliminating the fog lights but also by replacing the factory plastic air ducts and hardware with carbon fiber ducting as a molded single component of the bumper.

The V-RT rear bumper is designed to create a wider stance for the 997 Turbo with enlarged side intercooler extraction vents that house a replacement carbon fiber shroud that is approximately 35% larger for improved airflow through the intercoolers. The rear bumper also features a new molded carbon fiber rear diffuser with integrated twin aero fins that house the quad sport exhaust tips.

Completing the rear end of the Vorsteiner V-RT Edition Porsche 997 Turbo is a carbon composite rear deck lid/engine cover with twin ram air scoops that feed air into the engine bay and air intake for maximum airflow and cooling. Additionally a carbon fiber wing blade enhances the final appearance while increasing down force to the rear of the vehicle at high speeds.
