car manufacturer DeTomaso has been in liquidation since
2004, and on the 24th July '09 the entire brand was up
for sale for a starting bid of €1.6 million (nearly $2.3
million USD). DeTomaso are probably best know for their
mid-engined Ford-powered supercars like the Pantera and
Mangusta.
