2012 speedART Porsche 911 SP91-R

speedART Porsche 911 SP91 R

German tuning company speedART have just released details of their most recent project. The speedART Porsche 911 SP91-R is based on the 911 Carrera S, and it includes both drivetrain and aerodynamic upgrades. Changes to the engine include a full manifold-to-tailpipe sports exhaust, optional variable sound valve for the exhaust, and a ECU remap offering an increase of 25 horsepower – taking the total to 425 horsepower.

The speedART SP91-R bodykit for the 911 Carrera S includes a new rear wing, rear diffuser, side skirts and a front spoiler. The rear wing is designed to be mounted on the original rear spoiler and provide additional downforce at speed.

Additional upgrades for the speedART Porsche 911 SP91-R include massive two-piece forged alloy 21-inch wheels, different suspension systems – including both track and street options – and an airlift suspension system to increase the vehicle’s practicality.

On the inside, speedART have assaulted their 911 SP91-R show car with a poorly thought out custom leather and Alcantara combination. The lime green with royal blue stitching might be a crime against subtlety, but thankfully speedART will tailor the car to any colors you like.
