Video: This is why you shouldn’t stand behind learner drivers trying to park

parking accident in Russia

This video actually teaches us two thing. Firstly don’t stand behind learner drivers who are trying to reverse. And secondly choose your friends wisely.

This incident, which took place somewhere in Russia, shows a young woman trying to park her car in a crowded parking lot. After repeatedly failing in her simple mission, one of her friends steps out of the car and tries to help guide her in. That’s where it starts to go very wrong.

The driver swings the front of the car much too early and sandwiches her friend between one of the parked cars and her own. The driver then stamps on the accelerator and smashes backwards into another parked car. Thankfully the guiding friend manages to spin out of it and looks to come out of the collision bruised but still standing.

But then the driver, instead of stopping to help her friend, decides it’s time to get out of there and simply drives off! Now that’s seriously cold-blooded.

I hope they caught her. Hit and run a parked car is bad enough. Hit and run on a person, a FRIEND, that is low.
