This video, shot on the shores of lake Lyndon in New Zealand, starts with a small motor boat being ravaged by fire and clouds of thick black smoke. About 18 seconds into the footage, the hero of the hour arrives in the form of a rather brave and skillful boater with a nippy little powerboat at his disposal. Watch the video to see his ingenious solution!
Needless to say, although his efforts may have put out the fire. I doubt wether it was quite as quick a job of making that fire-eaten boat seaworthy again.
