Novitec Torado Lamborghini Aventador

Novitec has just unveiled their comprehensive tuning package for the Lamborghini Aventador. The car, called the Novitec Torado, receives wind tunnel tested aerodynamic modifications, and five different engine tuning programs are on offer. Ranging from the slightly quicker, to the slightly insane.

The changes start on the outside, where Novitec have clearly modified the front end, the side skirts and the back end, giving it more of a track-prepared look than the standard car. A ma-hoosive rear wing is added to provide additional downforce, while also providing an adequate landing strip for small aircraft when the car is stationary.

Novitec’s five different engine configurations for the Lamborghini Aventador are – starting with the least powerful:

Power Stage 4
Exhaust system without flap-regulation and sport metal catalysts (100 Zeller), including NOVITEC TECTRONIC (to avoid error indication from the catalysts)
weight- reduction: 18 kg
performance: 722 hp (531 kW) / 8,200 rpm
Max. torque: 704 Nm / 5,400 rpm

Power Stage 3
Exhaust system without flap-regulation and catalyst replacement pipes, including NOVITEC TECTRONIC (to avoid error indication from the catalysts)
weight-reduction: 20 kg
performance:  728 hp (535 kW) / 8,200 rpm
Max. torque: 709 Nm / 5,400 rpm

Power Stage 2
Including a new adjusted engine electronic with modified group of curves , exhaust system without flap-regulation  and sport metal catalysts (100 Zeller)
weight- reduction: 18 kg
performance: 743 hp (546 kW) / 8,100 rpm
Max. torque: 716 Nm / 5,400 rpm

Power Stage 1
Including  a new adjusted engine electronic with modified group of curves, exhaust system without  flap-regulation and catalyst replacement pipes
weight-reduction: 20 kg
performance: 748 hp (550 kW) / 8,100 rpm
Max. torque: 722 Nm / 5,400 rpm

Novitec Bi-Kompressor
Including two large supercharger with modified turbine blades and separated oil-circuit, modified induction tract, water-cooled intercoolers with additional extra-large radiators,
pumps, reinforced v-ripped belts, injectors, high-performance fuel pumps and modified ECU’s
performance: 969 hp (713 kW) / 8,300 rpm
Max. boost: 0,47 bar
Max. torque: 912 Nm / 6,600 rpm
0 – 62 mph (100 km/h): 2.8 sec
0 – 125 mph (200 km/h): 7.4 sec

In addition, a range of larger and lighter wheel and tire packages are available, as well as fully-adjustable suspension systems designed to lower the car while maintaining ride quality and improving handling. The interior can be trimmed in any color, fabric or leather you can think of.
