The X1/99 was designed by MA design students at Turin's
prestigious IED (Instituto Europeo di Design).
The X1/99 is intended as a modern succesor to the Fiat
X/19.
The X1/99 concept is based on a Punto platform, and was
intended to compete in the Vauxhall Tigra, Peugeot 206
coupe/cabriolet market.
