Star 1200 TDI is a diesel powered superbike for use on the
road or track.
The
Thunder Star 1200 TDI was designed entirely on computer in 3D
before construction started. Built around 1.2 litre, 3 cylinder,
diesel engine taken from the automotive field, the Thunder Star
is made up from high perfomance, lightweight parts. The rims
and bodywork are formed from carbon
fiber, helping the bike to achive a total weight of 205
kgs (451 lbs).
