The
2009 Daytona 675 SE's (Special Edition) striking color combination
is all new and features a combination of pearl white for the
bodywork and metallic blue anodized aluminium for the frame,
rear subframe and swingarm. The 675 SE also features race-inspired
blue pinstripes on the graphite colored five-spoke aluminium
wheels.
The Triumph Daytona 675 SE is powered by the same 675cc three-cylinder
engine in the standard Daytona
675. This engine produces 126 hp @ 12,600 rpm and 73 Nm
(53 lb-ft) of torque @ 11,750 rpm.
The 675 SE is a circuit-developed bike which utilizes the very
latest chassis technology, including highly sophisticated and
adjustable suspension both at the front and rear. These suspension
units are adjustable for both high and low speed compression
damping.
A full range of official accessories are available for the Daytona
675SE, giving owners an opportunity to personalise both the
looks and performance of their bike. Track day enthusiasts are
well catered for with a number of accessories, including numerous
lightweight carbon fibre parts, a ‘plug-and-play’ quickshifter
set, and race-style rear set footrests and silencers developed
in cooperation with Italian race specialists Arrow Special Parts.
