The
Maserati 4200 GT was the replacement car for the 3200 GT. Differences
between the two models include minor styling changes, and more
importantly a new engine. The original 3.2 litre V8 engine is
replaced by a 4.2 litre V8 which is compact and lightweight,
weighing just 184 kg which is 20 kg lighter than the previous
engine.
