Yet another UK cottage industry sports car, the Zolfe Sportz
Orange. The car, which made its debut at the Autosports show
in the UK in 2008, is based around a lightweight tubular spaceframe
chassis featuring an integrated roll cage. This is covered by
a composite body giving a total weight of just over 1300 lbs.
The styling of the Zolfe was inspired by numerous classic sports
cars including the Datsun 240Z and the MGB.
The Zolfe Sportz Orange is powered by a Suzuki Hayabusa engine
which takes the car to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds, top speed
is 135 mph.
