Honda has continued its recent trend of giving their concepts
self-explanatory names with the New Small Concept. The
New Small Concept was introduced at the Auto Expo 2010
in New Delhi, India and is a conceptual preview of a new
small vehicle for the Indian and Thai markets.
According to Honda's press release - "For the
Honda New Small Concept, a wide platform with a stable
center of gravity was adopted to create a highly efficient
compact size with seating for five people. With the "Efficient
Energetic Exterior" design, the dynamic design of
the Honda New Small Concept with front forward fenders
highlight the presence of the vehicle."
Production of a new model - based on the New Small Concept
- is scheduled for some time in 2011.
