The
Vauxhall VXR220 was a track orientated version of the already
blisteringly quick VX220
Turbo.
The engine of the VXR220 was tuned to give around 220 hp and
the car featured Lotus-style 16 in front wheels that allowed
the fitting of special sports tires to gain better road holding.
