The Dodge Slingshot concept from 2004 is an entry level
sports car with priority given to affordability and enjoyment.
To reduce manufacturing cost the Slingshot uses the same
chassis as the Smart Roadster, and as a result similar
proportions and style can be seen.
The Dodge Slingshot's 100hp in-line 3 cylinder engine
is placed behind the cockpit and is fed air by the front
grille. If produced the Dodge Slingshot would come in
hard top or canvas roof versions.
