Donkervoort,
a company based in the Netherlands, have been creating open
top sports cars for some years. The Donkervoort D8 GT Coupe
is based on the D8 Roadster but with a fixed carbon
fiber roof and a-pillar mounted mirrors. The Donkervoort
D8 GT Coupe is also equipped with a rollcage. Overall weight
of the D8 GT Coupe is only 20 kgs heavier than the roadster
version. 50 Donkervoort D8 GT Coupes will be made each year.<
