The
Toniq-R from British company Toniq Ltd. is a track-tuned, two
seat roadster powered by either a 954cc 4 cylinder from the
Honda Fireblade, or a 1998cc Ford Duratech 4 cylinder. The faster
and lighter Honda powered Toniq-R is capable of hitting 60 mph
in just 4 seconds, going on to a top speed of around 130 mph.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels of the Toniq-R via a 6
speed sequential gearbox controlled by two buttons mounted on
the steering wheel.
The spaceframe
chassis of the Toniq-R has been honed on British race tracks
and back roads, it is covered by a 12 piece fibreglass body
and aluminium chassis panels, including the floor.
