A brake piston rotation tool is a specialist tool designed to rotate the parking-brake-activated piston back into the brake caliper when replacing worn brake pads on vehicles equipped with 4-wheel disc brakes.

To use the brake piston rotation tool, push and turn the tool to rotate the piston into the caliper. Use with 3/8" drive ratchet and extension bar.
