A disc brake pad puller is a tool that enables the quick and easy removal of disk brake pads. A disk brake pad puller tool, such as the one illustrated here, is especially useful if the brake pads have become bound and can't be loosened by hand or with the simple tap of a hammer. To use the tool, insert the pins are inserted in the pad and the small slide hammer (which is also the handle) employed to ease the pad away from caliper.
