             A
line wrench is a special wrench, also called a flare nut wrench,
used to tighten or loosen flare nuts at the connections of hydraulic
or fuel lines. A line wrench is a variation on the open-end wrench
but with a split jaw that has a smaller opening. This jaw can be
slipped over the tubing and used to turn flare nuts without stripping
              them.
