locking wrench is essentially a hybrid tool which fuses an adjustable
spanner with locking pliers.
This means that the jaws can be adjusted to fit most sized hexagonal
and square-head bolts, and then the locking mechanism can be used
to clamp the pliers firmly onto the bolts.
