A staple gun, or tacker as they are sometimes known, is a hand held machine that is used to drive heavy metal staples into wood, plastic or masonry. They are suitable for a wide variety of applications and they usually take staple lengths up to 14 mm. They are commonly available in mini, light duty, general duty and expert/heavy duty models.
