A vacuum test kit is a device used for static testing and monitoring of many vacuum operated components on a vehicle.

A vacuum test kit can diagnose vacuum leaks, valve timing, and engine condition, and help locate and identify faults in the ignition and ignition transmission, fuel lines, carburetors, distributors, EFI, EGR and PCV valves, emission control systems, heaters, air conditioners, and door lockers.

Some kits also allow one-person brake and hydraulic clutch bleeding.
